Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Bappfy when you use bappfy.com and the apps you build with it. Please read them; by creating an account or using Bappfy, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Bappfy (https://bappfy.com) is operated by Lala Aesthetic, 26 rue Tindouf, Oujda, Morocco. You can reach us at support@bappfy.com. Details are on the Legal Notice.

2. The service

Bappfy is an AI-powered builder for mobile apps. You describe an app; Bappfy proposes a plan, generates the source code (Expo / React Native), shows a live preview, and can export the project or build files for the app stores. Some features rely on third-party services (for example hosting, AI models, Expo, GitHub and PayPal), which have their own terms.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Bappfy.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person or company per account. Creating several accounts to get extra free credits is not allowed.

4. Plans, credits and payments

Building with Bappfy uses credits. The Pro subscription costs $19 per month and includes 100 credits each month; Business costs $59 per month and includes 400 credits each month (US dollars, taxes may apply). Subscribers can also buy credit packs. Enterprise plans are agreed separately. How credits are used, when they expire, and when we refund are explained in our Credits & Refunds Policy, which is part of these terms. Payments are made through PayPal. Current prices are always shown on the Pricing page.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page or your PayPal account; you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, and you are not charged again. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before the change applies, and you can cancel before it does.

6. Your content and the apps you build

  • You keep all rights to what you give us (descriptions, images, files) and to the code generated for your projects. You may use, publish, sell and change your apps.
  • You give us the permission we need to host, process and display your content to run the service, including sending your prompts to AI providers. If you make a project public, it can be shown to other people on Bappfy.
  • You are responsible for your apps: their content, the data they collect, the rights to anything you add to them, and their compliance with the law and with the rules of the App Store, Google Play and any other platform you publish on.

7. Ads in your apps

When ad monetization is available on your plan, you may add your own advertising account (such as Google AdMob) to your apps. You are responsible for that account, for following the ad network's policies and the app stores' rules, and for collecting the consent your users must give. Ad revenue is paid by the ad network directly to you.

7b. AI-generated output

Code, text and images are produced by AI models. They can contain mistakes, security issues or content similar to existing material. Review and test your app before publishing it. We do not guarantee that generated output is error-free, unique, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks it, in line with section 11.

9. Our service and intellectual property

Bappfy itself (the website, software, design and brand) belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to it beyond using the service. We may improve, change or stop features; if we stop the service entirely we will give reasonable notice so you can export your projects.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep Bappfy available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Bappfy at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@bappfy.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, that uses Bappfy for fraud or illegal activity, or when the law requires it. Unless the situation is urgent or illegal, we will tell you first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using Bappfy after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes go to its competent courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there. Please contact us first at support@bappfy.com — most issues are solved quickly that way.
