You may not use Bappfy to build or do anything that:
- is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
- contains or distributes malware, spyware, or code designed to harm devices, networks or data;
- collects people's personal data without a clear legal basis and a privacy policy, or tracks them without consent;
- is a phishing, scam or fraud app, or imitates another company, brand or person to mislead users;
- copies other people's apps, designs, logos, text or content without the right to do so;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors, or contains sexual content involving minors;
- promotes violence, terrorism, harassment or hatred against people or groups;
- offers illegal gambling, weapons, drugs or other regulated goods without the required licences;
- sends spam or unsolicited messages;
- breaks the rules of the App Store, Google Play or any platform where you publish.
You also may not:
- try to access other people's accounts, projects or data, or our systems beyond your own account;
- overload, attack, scrape or reverse-engineer Bappfy, or get around credit limits and payments;
- create several accounts to get free credits, or resell access to Bappfy without our written agreement;
- use Bappfy's output to build a competing AI app builder.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, make a public project private, suspend a project or an account, or close it, depending on how serious the issue is. Credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking this policy. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
